I've spent my career across the broader customer engagement ecosystem - lifecycle messaging, personalization, app experiences, CDPs, analytics, SEO/GEO, AI workflows, and the growth systems that connect them.

For Braze, that history matters. The Senior AI Success Manager role requires more than AI enthusiasm. How I Got Here

Building toward AI customer success

My path has moved through the exact layers this role touches: customer engagement platforms, digital operations, marketing analytics, lifecycle strategy, AI systems, stakeholder alignment, and business-impact storytelling.

I first used Braze when it was still AppBoy, during the early era of mobile-first customer engagement. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the problems these platforms solve: reaching the right users, with the right message, across the right channel, at the right moment - and proving the business value afterward.
